2. What Numinna offers

Numinna generates readings from your name and date of birth, through a deterministic, versioned calculation of Pythagorean numerology and the Major Arcana. The same input always produces the same result — no guessing, and no artificial intelligence deciding your content.

We offer a free first reading, single analyses you can buy once, and a subscription that unlocks every analysis and the tools that change over time. What each option includes is described on the product and plans pages.

3. Nature of the content (important)

Numinna is entertainment and self-knowledge. The readings are not, and do not replace, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

Numinna does not predict the future, does not promise results, and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions. The choices you make are yours and your responsibility.

4. Who can use it

Numinna is intended for people aged 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You may generate readings about other people’s dates (for example, a family member), provided you have a legitimate basis to do so.

5. Account and access

You access your account with a one-time code sent to your email — no password. You are responsible for keeping your email secure and for all activity on your account.

If you notice any unauthorized use, stop access and contact us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by an external payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at the time of purchase and are paid by card; Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically when your device supports them.

A single analysis is a one-time purchase, unlocked permanently on your account. A subscription is recurring and renews automatically until you cancel.

We do not store your full card details; they are handled by the payment provider.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time, from your Account page. Canceling stops future charges, and your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current period.

Single analyses are digital content delivered instantly and unlocked right away, so they are non-refundable once delivered. Purchases are otherwise final.

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or ran into a technical problem, contact support within 14 days and we will review it and make it right at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All Numinna content — including the reading texts, the method, the brand, the visual elements, and the software — is protected and belongs to Numinna or its licensors.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the service and your readings for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Acceptable use

When using Numinna, you agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the reading content;
• reverse-engineer the method or attempt to extract the calculation formula;
• use bots, scraping, or automation to access the service in bulk;
• use the readings to discriminate against people or for decisions about credit, insurance, employment, health, or the like;
• circumvent payment or access controls.

10. Service availability

Numinna is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep everything running well, but we may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, while preserving what you have already purchased to the extent possible.

11. Limitation of liability

Because Numinna is an entertainment and self-knowledge service, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the readings nor for results expected from them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the content in question.

12. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the update date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you agree to the new version.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Numinna operates, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
