Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Our commitment
Your privacy matters at Numinna. This Policy explains, transparently, what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you stay in control of all of it.
Numinna is a numerology service for reflection and self-knowledge. We collect the minimum needed for it to work.
2. What data we collect
We collect:
- Data you provide: your name and date of birth (and those of people you choose to save, such as a family member), and your email when you create an account.
- Payment data: when you buy, the payment is processed by an external provider (Stripe). We receive the confirmation and the payment email, but we do not store your full card details.
- Usage and device data: technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and ad-measurement tools (Meta and TikTok pixels), to understand usage and measure campaigns.
3. The free reading is not stored
For the free reading, the calculation happens and the result is shown right away, without saving your name or date in our database. Data is only stored once you create an account and save people to reuse across analyses.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- generate your readings from your name and date of birth;
- create and maintain your account and allow email-code access;
- process payments and unlock what you bought;
- talk to you about your account, purchases, and support;
- measure and improve the service and our ad campaigns;
- ensure security, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share data only with vendors that make the service possible, acting on our behalf and only as needed.
6. Who we share with
The vendors that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe, to process payments;
- Supabase, for database and authentication;
- Vercel, for site hosting;
- an email provider, for the access codes;
- Meta and TikTok, for ad-campaign measurement.
7. Cookies and ad measurement
We use essential cookies (to keep you signed in and the service working) and measurement tools that help us understand where visits come from and measure ads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this Policy or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as restricted access and encrypted traffic. No system is 100% infallible, but we work continuously to keep your data protected.
10. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- confirm that we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data;
- request the portability of your data;
- know who we share with;
- withdraw a consent you gave.
11. Deletion and export (self-serve)
You are in control. From your Account page you can export all of your data as a file and delete your account and data permanently, on your own — no need to wait on support. People you save are stored only in your account, and you can edit or remove any of them whenever you like.
12. Children
Numinna is for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children. You may generate a reading about a minor’s date (such as your child), but the account and the responsibility are yours, as an adult.
13. International transfer
Numinna operates from Brazil, and some of our vendors may process data in other countries, including the United States. In those cases, we seek safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection standards.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we change the update date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing it now and then.
15. Contact
To exercise your rights, ask a privacy question, or reach the person responsible for data processing, use the Numinna support channels.
